  Fed ex drivers here cannot read simple instructions! Absolutely frustrating, second delivery this month they have messed up because they refuse to follow instructions.

  I paid almost $100 for overnight shipping of my medication and FedEx decided to send it all across the country before even sending it my way. It's going on day five and I still have not received my medication and the doctor won't refill it because it's still out there in limbo. I'll never use FedEx again.

  Worst delivery service out of all others available. If you ever have a choice of package being delivered to you, do not choose FedEx. Doesn’t matter if you leave delivery instructions on app. They do not follow. Zero stars.
