  Existing customer for over 10 yrs..I've been locked out of my voicemail for over 2 weeks and nobody in customer service or tech support can fix it or figure out why..I went to check it after work and was greeted by "your mailbox is locked contact your system manager"...

  I had such an appalling, sinister experience at the Cricket Wireless in Duluth, that I actually contacted the police. The salesperson Vincent, exposed himself to me right there in the store. If you're a woman and especially, if you're at this establishment on you're own, you will not be safe. I'm so unsettled by what occurred there yesterday, that I'm not even leaving my house today. UPDATE: I'm not on "X" or Facebook, but I will be contacting your main headquarters with a formal complaint as well as seeking legal action. I should not have to deal with a creepy deviant when my daughter is just wanting to purchase a new phone.
