  Joe helped us with transferring a number to a different phone that no longer worked. We have been locked out of a Google account for 3 weeks and he was an absolute hero with helping us get it fixed up while helping another customer as well. He's definitely the go to guy for help!

  Joseph is amazing!! He not only got my flip phone working again, but he also fixed voicemail so I can access my messages again!! He is the only one to do that in all the times we have been there in the past five months. Love you, Joseph!!!

  Existing customer for over 10 yrs..I've been locked out of my voicemail for over 2 weeks and nobody in customer service or tech support can fix it or figure out why..I went to check it after work and was greeted by "your mailbox is locked contact your system manager"...
