I went in May 21 in the morning. I needed to print a contract from my email. The woman at the counter slapped a QR code in front of me. I told her I had no idea how to use that or what to do. She ignored me and started helping the next person in line who was obviously a friend. I ended up walking out. Zero customer service was given.
