  I place an online order almost every time I come. Any time before 4pm, it’s ready right on time. Every time it is placed any time after 4pm it says it’s ready on the app and I get in there and every single time, they are just starting it when the app says it is ready. I went a couple days ago and the same thing happened and when I was in there the worker didn’t even know when to toast it or anything and I have seen them working there multiple times before, they said “do I toast it after the vegetables”.I just got another online order and once again the app says it is ready and I go in there and they are just starting it, then when I get my order theres things wrong with it. Londa is by far the best worker here and has never messed anything up. Night shift needs to do better here.

  I’m not one to post reviews like this, and I WAS a regular at this location. This is not about the money. Today I asked for extra black olives and was charged a “bag fee” for an extra 4 slices after the person assembling my sandwich mentioned it to the cashier. I was never given an option for a bag or have seen this charge before. 20 cents is 20 cents but If I’m paying 9 dollars for my 6” sandwich why does it only have 6 black olives and 4 tiny pieces of spinach when I can go to any other subway and get a healthy amount for the money without this bag fee? Isn’t this against the company/franchise unlimited veggies policies? And why is it only when the manager is around? I hope the owners read the posted reviews.
