  Absolutely one of the worst places you can absolutely order food from. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Nobody even greets you when you walk in. Honestly, shut this place down.

  I placed a large online order through the Wingstop app. Delivery driver arrived with only 1/2 my order. He stayed and made sure I looked through my bag because he was sure they didn’t hand him the full order. I called the restaurant back and they first said I should pick it up, then they stated they would request a driver pick up my order. Two hours later no order arrived, I went in to the store requesting a refund on my full order. Cashier was “new” and had no idea what he was doing. My order was still sitting on the shelf. They called a manager and said I would get my $ back. After 30 mins of waiting no refund was issued. No manager or shift manager in sight. Was told to return next day for my $. Cashier left when shift was over without explanation. Other cashier was on break. Only one cook was there and not able to help.

  Ordered online before midnight, get to the store around 12:05 am and they close at 1 am yet when I pulled into the parking lot they shut all their lights off. I still walked inside and waited for my order and I paid for extra ranch and didn’t even get ONE ranch cup. Actually ridiculous, you guys are known for your ranch and you don’t even put a single one in there

  Went in so I could pay in cash, young man in the lobby tells me I can either order online or wait 9 minutes until he's off break.

  Good food, wings and fries, customer service is also good. Try some wings there . Just your typical wings top as it should
