  Had a problem with my phone by mistakenly downloading the wrong stuff that totally corrupted my phone. Miguel Mendoza, the store manager, very competently and patiently worked with my phone, got all the junk off my phone, and handed it back to me in better shape than it was in at least a year. I recommend and I will do all my phone business with Miguel and Cricket on Bass Lake Road.

  Miguel went above and beyond with troubleshooting a problem my wife and I were having with activating Cricket phones we purchased from Walmart the day before. We came into the store about 20 minutes to closing but he was able to figure out the issue, took care of us and went back to helping a customer he was helping before we got there. One of the main reasons I have been with Cricket as long as I have is the great in store customer service! Highly recommended!

  store trying to charge you more for the same phone you can get online for way less from cricket. They claim it's the same price but it's higher. And they won't even match their own price online. I'm pretty much done with all Cricket stores
