I was at the restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order, but they kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. The short lady behind the counter with dyed hair was constantly talking on the phone and to other employees without paying any attention to me. I asked her several times about my order, but she ignored me each time. In the end, she reluctantly and rudely threw the bag at me and intentionally didn't give me the drink. When I complained about it, she claimed I left there, which was not true as she only gave me the food without mentioning the drink.
A few hours later, I received another order from the same place, but when I arrived, the same rude lady said she wouldn't give me any more orders. Seriously? After keeping me waiting, ignoring me, being rude, and giving me an incomplete order, she now refuses to give me the assigned order sent by Doordash? This behavior not only reflects rudeness but also violates Wingstop's and DoorDash's policies. I have already reported this incident to Wingstop and DoorDash, and an ongoing investigation is in progress.
To the owner: I have delivered hundreds of orders for your restaurant, and the previous manager was a great person. However, since his departure, everything seems to be messed up. Recent reviews from customers also highlight how your employee treat people rudely. After this negative experience, I have stopped delivering for your restaurant. I hope you will address this issue if you value your customers and business.
