  Pretty frustrated with the service or lack of service here. I’ve worked retail before so I get being overworked and exhausted but dang, this customer service rep just had to go out of their way humiliate me and put me down. Instead of directing customers to do your job for you by scanning packages, actually help them. The instructions aren’t entirely clear especially when the return station isn’t being maintained. Receipt printer got jammed up, the bags for returns need to be restocked and this rep is just yelling at me from across the store instead of just helping. Tone was very much not appreciated tonight and if you’re not able to show up for customers in approachable, helpful manner you have no business being in any job.

  Very friendly staff and when I have gone to this UPS store the line is always quick and I don't have to wait in line long at all.

  Many options for mailing/shipping. Plain and several decorative pouches and boxes. Friendly staff. Quick and easy.

  I have nothing but great things to say about this location. The employees are friendly, fast and helpful with questions.
