  Went in to buy new wipers. A staff member offered to look up what I needed, but I should have walked out when she asked what the make of my Jetta is. I mean, it’s only one of the most common models of VW on the road and she probably passed 5 of them on the way to her job at an auto parts store. So, of course, she sold me a set that only had the J-hook connections, NOT the connection needed for Volkswagens. Luckily, they fit my partner’s car. Lesson learned on my part.

  This location has always been awesome to work with! We were tired of how the employees at O’Reilly’s always seemed uninterested in helping their customers so we decided to give AAP a try (this was a few years ago.) We only use Advanced Auto Parts now for our automotive needs. Chris is an excellent employee - I literally just called the store because I’m sending in my 17 year old daughter to get a new car battery and he was super helpful over the phone. We picked out a new battery and so as soon as she pulls into the store they can help get the old one out and put the new one in. I am so grateful for this store and the kind employees that work there. Makes the further drive worth it every time. Highly recommend!

  Nolan was the best! Willing to help, assist and even found the exact transmission fluid I needed. Give him a gift card to Potbelly next door and get that man a “wreck” sandwich. Well done!
