  New staff is great! Manager is always smiling and pleasant . The last time I visited this location was last year some time and it was not so great so I decided to give it another try .I Loved coming in seeing the new smiling faces and welcoming greetings.

  I've gone to this Subway for over 12 years and never really had a problem with it. Sometimes they were understaffed, but always friendly. Today, three customers had to enter the building before the staff even bothered to deem us with their presence from the back, and then it was very obvious the two staff were too busy beefing with each other to be bothered to even greet any of us. I was rudely asked what I wanted, and in between pouty looks and murderous glares cast at each other, 2 employees took 15 minutes to get me one sandwich made. I was then told, also very rudely, that the free sub I had on my app wasn't valid, even though I pulled it up and redeemed it right in front of them. Bring back the nice employees!

  i cant rate food or service cause i waited 10 minutes...there was noone in site!! I just left and drove all the way to st.joe and that was a thousand times better service!!
