  Alexes (Spelling) was above and beyond with service and making sure everything was top notch. Most sandwiches from subway taste the same regardless of the location, but some people just have that TLC touch to make things taste a little but better. Best sub I've had in a long time. I used to GM a Subway, as well as other restaurants and someone like Alexes would've been a blessing to have on the team!

  Nasty attitude of the employee took my order. She literally yelled at me when I asked her to repeat what she just said about the options of bread. The size of this sandwich is less than half of what I usually get from elsewhere. Staff is going above and beyond in cutting corners.

  Absolutely amazing! They are the first subway to get my order correct! Staff is extremely friendly and it’s always so clean when I come in.

  The young lady with glasses who is usually working in the late evenings, around dinner is absolutely amazing! I don’t remember her name, but she has been working at this location for at least a few years now from what I’ve noticed, she’s shorter, brown hair, nose piercings, and seems to be working almost every time I’ve been in there. But when I see that she is working, I know I’m getting EXACTLY what I ordered. She is always so kind, and VERY efficient! Only complaint I have would be they seem to be short staffed some days... OH AND subway changing its pickles years back, I REALLY wish they would bring back those flat ones instead of the super salty crinkle cut ones they have now…

  I arrived at subway slightly before 9am. I waited until 9:01 to walk to the door which was locked. I had to knock on the door for the employee Mona to open the door not only that she wasn't done setting up everything which caused me 20 minutes of my time for her to do her job which suppose to be done beforehand. She had a nasty attitude definitely not customer appropriate, she was argumentative with me bc I told her she should change her gloves before preparing my food. She didnt know how to make BLT, she insist confidently that cheese came on all sandwiches... upon finishing she proceeded to throw the sandwich on the counter at me totally rude, disgusting, inappropriate behavior along with her appearance! Mona's teeth look like she NEVER in life had 1 dental visit which explains her filthy guest service!! 🤢🤮😷🤢🤮 AVOID SPENDING YOUR MONEY AT THIS SUBWAY... YOU'LL GET VALUABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NELSON BROTHERS RESTAURANT ACROSS TO STREET!
