  They had a manager about a year ago whose mission in life was to argue with everyone she could. I have not seen her in some time and all my visits have been exceptional. Always greeted with a smile 😃. The employees seemed genuinely upbeat and happy to be feeding people. I go out of my way to patronize this Subway as I know they're going to get it right.

  I ordered 4 sandwiches, each sandwich was wrong- missing things, other things added that weren't asked for. The dough was very undercooked. Can't call store, or even Corporate to complain. Worse experience I have had

  Timmy and I had breakfast as we stuck out trying to find any sit down in Hugo and other place jp the road was too busy!

  My boyfriend and I came in today (Sunday July 5) at 12:30 for lunch. Meghan was running the show alone. She was not only kind, but she was also efficient. She made sure our sandwiches were correct and apologized for the wait explaining that she was working alone. Props to Meghan who showed up, and worked hard all by herself through a holiday weekend lunch rush. She deserves all the praise.

  I came here to use a coupon for a $7.99 footlong and I was told that the coupon would not work because the sub I ordered was the meal of the day. So even though I had a valid coupon for a $7.99 footlong I had to pay $10.79. How does that make any sense?
