Honestly used to dislike this subway from experiences back in the day, but they have defiantly changed, super clean store, wonderful staff and awesome sandwiches which is why I'm leaving a 5 star review, keep up the awesome work!
Ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich and there was at least six Subs in front of mine I wanted my sub toasted I asked them if they toasted it he said yes and I said well my sandwich has been sitting there and it's getting cold so he stops what he's doing and he throws all kinds of vegetables on my sub and sends me off the sub is cold the bread is tough I am very disgusted at how I was treated I will not be back to your establishment this is the second time that you've guys have failed. My very first time ever going to your Subway I found hair in my sandwich but at least they refunded me my money. So if you look on your video camera you'll see how long my sub was sitting there getting cold. Unacceptable don't toast somebody's sandwich until it's there to be made if I wanted cold chicken and cold sub I would have asked for cold

I would give this establishment a negative 5 .. I ordered my food though the app and it charged my account and as soon as I arrived the manager was extremely rude even though I had the order on my app.. my son worked there when he was 16, he now is in the army as she called him names today... Really unprofessional I think she needs mental help

I don't care for the location of the grab and go orders being behind the counter. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead if I need to wait for someone to be free to hand me the food. They need someone to be available and ready to hand it off or move it somewhere more accessible like other companies do
