  The staff used an oversized box for my shipment on purpose, resulting in excessive shipping charges. I explicitly stated that I did not require such a large box. Rather than neatly organizing my belongings, they simply tossed them inside the box. As I was leaving, the employees appeared to be laughing, leading me to believe they were deliberately inflating my shipping fee.

  I had an issue with tracking on my delivery. The address was put in wrong by the sales associate But I confirmed unknowingly that it was put in incorrectly. Either way the manager at the UPS store in Chaska Spent a good amount of time working with me to get the address corrected. Great customer service!

  Very nice staff. Helpful to customers and to each other as a team. I visited this store three times in the last week and every single time I was pleased with the service.
