  This location has one employee who appears to feel that customers are an annoyance. I needed them to print a return shipping label, which they did. However, they oddly expected me to leave before they affixed the label. Instead, I waited patiently. They reluctantly affixed the label. When I asked for a receipt, they looked at me as if I had asked for it to be gold plaited, and told me to refer to my return info. I nicely asked again, which was an obvious annoyance to them. When I energetically said thank you, no response. So glad I mostly use UPS, they're always great, no matter the location! Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice with this particular return.

  Today I’m thankful for Alaya! My order was processed quickly, on a day I took off of work to spend with my daughter.

  I must share my experience here. A nice young lady by the name of Evette helped me through the process of just making a copy of some documents.She was very patient and took the time to help me and walk me through the process. She was fantastic and I would highly recommend this FedEx location for all of your printing needs.

  Very helpful staff. I’ve been in here a few times, but the last time I went in, I had a CD-ROM that I couldn’t read at home because I realized I had no devices with the CDR reader anymore… didn’t know what to do so I brought it in and they were helpful enough to put it into one of their staff computers (if that was a employee violation please ignore it) to try and help as much as possible. Will be bringing all of my printing needs here.
