    I bought a PO Box and I sent items to my box and when I came to get my mail. Come to find out they gave me a different box number from the one they gave me before .

    I am a disabled senior. The young man that helped me didn't understand what I was telling him about my packages, he asked one of the other employees and the other employee began to yell at me, and I explained to him what he was telling me to tell the guy I had already told him. But he still raised his voice at me. And I will never, ever go back to the store. I hope and pray that these are not the new owners. Because if he is, he's one of the rudest people i've ever came in contact with dealing with customer service.

    I've always had positive experiences here. The team does seem to have some turn over, and its not quite as quick of an experience as I might always like, but I will say I feel confident with my parcels at this location. Keep up the good work!

    I wouldn't recommend it. They were talking about me in Hindi thinking I don't understand what there were saying.
