  Went with my daughter. The gentleman that assisted couldn't understand simple English which made it hard to order at a customizable sandwich shop. Ordered a kids meal and charged me for a 6"....daughter didnt even get her drink/side. I asked about the side and drink and the gentleman acted confused and didnt understand questions yet again...very frustrating. Needles to say we got home ad its kid sized sandwich and I have a crabby kid because she didnt get her applesauce and drink like she gets elsewhere. 2/5 stars is generous but I don't think the food was bad, just the service. Restaurant wasn't very clean either, which I wouldn't expect spotless by any means, but simple things like windows and stuff should be cleaned. There was a fog on the windows from not being cleaned in awhile. Pretty disappointed with this location overall.

  Just ordered delivery two meatball subs through the app. They were disgusting. It made me vomit from taking one bite. There was absolutely no red sauce on the sandwiches. I’ve called them 15 times and as soon as it gets ready to ring, it hangs up on me. I can’t even speak to anybody to get a refund!! 🤮

  The staff here are nice. Unfortunately within the past two weeks that I've ordered here through the mobile app I had gotten the wrong sandwich and most recently found a small, brown, round object in my sandwich as I was biting down. It was so hard I thought I had broken a tooth.

  The inside of the restaurant is literally 90 degrees, and the employees do not speak English.
