  Unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience. The staff seemed friendly, but the overall service felt slow and unprofessional. I don’t mind a little friendly conversation between employees and customers, but some of the comments being made weren’t inappropriate for customers to hear. Referring to the customer ahead of me as “the old person” loud enough for others to hear was disappointing. I was also frustrated that while my sandwich was being made, the employee stopped for several minutes to help another couple with a billing issue. I completely understand wanting to resolve a customer’s concern, but since my order was already in progress, it would have made more sense to finish preparing my sandwich before stepping away to handle a separate transaction. Unfortunately the food didn’t make up for the service. I ordered the seasoned steak and avocado and the steak had a strong dish soap taste, making it difficult to eat. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback helps improve both the customer experience and food quality.

  I stopped in yesterday around 6:45 pm to grab some white chocolate macadamia nut cookies for my daughter, but that was the only cookie they were out of. I asked if they would bake some while I ran other errands in town and Alexander (or was his name Andrew?) was willing to do that. 🤗 Getting a dozen fresh-baked cookies was such a nice treat for her and her children. Eli was also there and helped bag up the cookies and ring me up. They were both so friendly and customer-service oriented, it was refreshing.

  The two workers were very good - efficient, friendly, and helpful. They made it enjoyable to order! I came in at 4:35 pm so it wasn't busy and they made sure my takeout order for four different footlong sandwiches was exactly what I asked for. The lettuce had quite a bit of brown or wilted pieces so I got the spinach on my sandwich instead. Otherwise the ingredients looked good. The serving area and dining room were clean.
