  I haven’t been to subway in a long time and will not be returning. There was one very untrained person working by herself and didn’t understand the menu nor how to make sandwiches. It took way too long to make the sandwiches and they were made so wrong we could only correct her so much then gave up just to speed things up. They were sandwiches from their menu so not sure what was confusing about it. I had to re-assemble and re-heat our sandwiches once we got home.

  The poor worker was alone and was scrambling to fill the mobile and in-person orders. Not the right way to run a franchise.

  It’s a very good subway. It’s not like it’s “amazing” but overall good.
