  Every time I’ve been in there several times over the last six months, The manager should be replaced. There is no other way to deal with this situation with that man because no matter how cordial I’ve been with him, he is a massive jerk. He needs to be replaced for sure.

  I have never raved about an auto parts store before, but Andy went WAY above the call of duty to help me fix an engine issue and get my daughters and me back on the road. Andy diagnosed the issue, found a unique tool to help do the job, and made sure I repaired it safely in the lot. This guy exemplifies customer service. He deserves a meritorious bonus. Thank you!

  For the most part I feel as though they treat me poorly due to being a women. On 06/12/2021 I called to order a part over the phone since the website said too. A guy answered and I asked for a torque strut and before I could say a car he says “well if you actually know the part you will actually need” like excuse me? I have worked on cars and have been a part of my brothers mechanic shop for years. Then he says also you need to order on line and I said the website said to call. He went on a tangent on how I as the customer need to call the warehouse myself to figure it out. I said that’s fine I’ll take my business else where. This is just one of many times they have been rude. I think it’s funny how the store manager offered me to work there even though it seems like there staff can not handle talking to a woman. Additionally I have had friends and family work for this company and they agree that was not proper etiquette.
