    This is the cleanest subway I have ever seen! Looks great! Service was amazing and the food was delicious!

    I’m beyond disappointed with how far this Subway has fallen. What happened after Amanda stopped managing? Because the difference is INSANE. When she was there, you walked in and the employees were happy, the place was running smoothly, and customers were actually treated like human beings. Now? You’re either getting hit on by some creepy dude behind the counter, finding beard hairs in your sub just to be accused they’re yours (be serious), or standing there being completely ignored like you interrupted everyone’s day by walking in. This place used to be good. Now it feels unprofessional, uncomfortable, and straight up poorly managed. At some point ownership needs to stop pretending this is acceptable and take a hard look at who’s running the place now, because this ain’t it. Honestly? I’d be embarrassed to own this establishment in its current state.

    The workers work with what they have and wait times are high. Subway like most other large companies runs a skeleton crew and probably just replaces them when they burn out.

    Never had my sandwich messed up so many time. Every time I order online I ask for extra mayo. Every single time I get no mayo. I also order oil and vinegar. And that never seems to make it on the sandwich either. But boy did they load it up with pepper. Never ordering from this location again. I’ll drive the extra mile to Rockford or Delano. Sick of spending a ridiculous amount of money on a sandwich to not even want to eat it.

    Ordered a Chipotle Chees steak sub with banana peppers added. The sub was made with no sauce and only banana peppers and that's it... bread was old and hard as a rock.
