  This subway shop doesn't honor coupons. No where on my coupon did it say it excludes roast beef sandwiches. I have used the $7.99 footlong coupon at several other subway locations. I had to tell the girl 3 times I wanted roast beef and she put chicken on it. The she finally got roast beef on it but only 4 slices I had to say it looked skimpy. She then added more. I wish I had walked out. Kicking myself. I ordered a protein pocket and they heated up my mest I did nt want it heated. Just over all not a good experience. I will never go back to this location.

  DON’T GO HERE A full grown man asked my 18 year old daughter for our address and her phone number in the creepiest tone ever , now my 18 year old daughter and 10 year old daughter refuse to go back . To all the teens DON’T GO HERE ALONE .

  bought sandwiches via the app and paid for them. pick up time was incorrect so I tried to call, but their phone doesn't work. paid for sandwiches I couldn't use. they replied to a message I sent, that they would get back to me and never did.

  Hopefully not a manager but possibly is by way was attempting from what he was doing to seems to impress her turned into a lie. I was told I couldn't start out my sandwich with onions and tomatoes before I put on the tuna fish being I did ask for the Foot Long I emphasized the extra $3.99. She asked if I wanted the combo I said no just the sandwich. He decided to explain to me she was trying to see which one I wanted. Unprofessional and if that was how he trains. He definitely needs coached. I just said I don't want it then. Have a great day. And I left abd drove down to Brooklyn Park Subway. Said something to them on how far I had to drive because I was told Subway no longer allows you to build our sandwich the way we'd preferred in regards to at least the veggies because I was denied that. I asked for mayo first of which she was about to forget. I'm sure you can see from the video. Nothing about that guy was customer service. Seems like he was attempting to impress her. Poor example of a trainer . Definitely is attempting to impress her. Sad. Makes me wonder if you do a investigation and surveillance I guarantee you he's doing something less then honest. Nothing he did was necessary. And lost a sale and any future purchases as well as will tell everyone I talk to while he's still employed there. I delivered a order for someone and came back because seemed clean. That's easy when you barely have customers during his time on the clock. I did want to say something to him about him being less then honest. But I could tell she was new more because how he was acting like he was helping g her against nothing. I am not happy. Look at the video. But also watch him and her please!!!!
