  I spoke with Zach Hefel. He was knowledgeable He was patient. He repeated back the figures to be sure I had them understood and straight. He did not rush, nor did he pressure me. We went through the policy item by item. He let me know the procedure of how to transfer the policy so there was no gaps in coverage. It was a positive experience.

  Literally just saved my home from being taken from me over escrow bs. Im hoping this will work for me to save my home I've had and lived in with my 6, well 5 now as my oldest child is over 18, from being taken from the bank over not being able to afford my mortgage due to escrow payment change and home owners insurance raising my payment from 1063(which we could afford) to 1499.50. We haven't been able to pay and are behind and on a forbearance plan. They just came out with a new policy change. Lowered the price by 4,000 YES 4K and this will bring my payment back to an affordable rate. They are starting the process now. I'm just a SAHM of 5 children, our 6 yr old was diagnosed high on the autism spectrum the summer of 2024, the year I became a SAHM in January. Life has been harder as my partner had a severe mental health illness. We are just trying to get by and Allstate just change our future and let us stay in our home 🙏 🙏 Thank you if you read this long! If you could donate to me to help my cash app will be attached.   They were very professional but also very easy to talk to. Was able to talk to a "real" person!! Always felt like I was important to them and I called several times with questions and, again, always was treated professionally and got answers.

  After rising prices at my former agency I made the switch to Allstate. What I appreciated about Sniezek was that I was able to walk into their office and be helped right away. I upped my coverage and saved money. It is nice to be rewarded for safe driving through decreasing prices every policy renewal. Always available through a phone call or email, you won't be disappointed.
