  I shipped a small box to a friend in China. The entire process took over an hour to check each item in the box, weigh it, and give the price I paid for them to create an invoice to go along with. While I was waiting another customer had to sit idly by and a second just left rather than wait. The shipping cost was over $130 with a coupon. When the package arrived the invoice wasn't sufficient and we had to resubmit the details to DHL to send to customs for review. DHL is also charging us $15 per day they have to hold the package while we wait. They claim to be international shipping specialists, but can't prepare a package for customs in another country and charge us for their incompetence. I'll never use them for shipping again.

  (07/27/26) What's the point of sending my package to be picked up at this location if it's temporarily closed? I use DHL for all international shipping and was really happy when they finally had a location near me. Unfortunately the driver could not drop it off because the store was closed during business hours. Utterly unreliable and lost my trust for this location.

  This service point actively modifies their open hours on a week-by-week basis, making predictable business here impossible. I scheduled package pickup on a day their website indicated they would be open. DHL themselves attempted to drop that package at this location on that day but was unexpectedly unable to do so because they were closed, contrary to what was indicated on their website. Immediate 100% loss of trust. Thanks for nothing.
