- JGJennifer GibsonJun 8, 20262.0I’ve stopped by this store primarily for pre labeled drop offs or Amazon returns and it is painful how slow all of the employees move. I had 2 customers in front of me, both doing returns, and I stood in line for over 15 minutes waiting. There is 0 sense of urgency, when I left there were about 5 more people in line behind me with 3 employees working.

- LKL KMay 8, 20261.0We came here on time for a fingerprinting APPOINTMENT and were told to wait at the machine for someone to come help. After 10-15 min, someone who appeared to be a supervisor came from the back and saw us waiting but started helping other customers in line… so we waited a while longer and they still hadn’t come over to help. My partner then gets in line so they can ask for a help a 2nd time after already being told to wait by another associate for help. 30ish minutes in, he is able to get their help but they have issues logging into the machine so we have to wait even longer for them to get help from IT. Once that was sorted out, one set of finger prints was done. Unfortunately, we had to wait even longer because a 2nd set of fingerprints needed to be done and the supervisor went back and helped people in line… so my partner had to stand and wait a 3rd time. After waiting for a while and seeing the line getting longer and no one one coming to help, he gets in line again! The wait was long!! Finally after over an hour we are done! This is ridiculous. If you have an appointment for a customer you should honor it. Not make them wait at a machine with no attention only to make them wait in a line to get your help. We will not be returning back here again.
