I ordered my subway on DoorDash just so I can go pick it up and have it easier turns out the employee gave away my food to someone random without checking and tried hiding and started walking away from me knowing they messed up when I asked them about MY ORDER. Poor customer service

Heavy set Hispanic girl was rude and threw one of my sandwiches away because she couldn’t figure out the buy one get one code that was scanned on my phone .

I visited this Subway location recently, and it was just okay overall. The store itself was clean, and the employee wasn’t rude or unpleasant—just very neutral. The customer service wasn’t great or terrible, but there was definitely a lack of communication and engagement.
The biggest issue was the food quality. The toppings really needed to be replaced—everything looked like it had been sitting out too long. The lettuce was soggy and starting to brown, and most of the ingredients were scraped down to the bottom of the bins. It didn’t feel fresh at all, which is kind of the whole point of Subway.
It also wasn’t late in the day, so it was disappointing to see things in that condition. I understand this might be a slower location, but that’s not an excuse for not keeping ingredients fresh and appealing.
At the end of the day, it was “just Subway,” but unfortunately not a good example of it. I won’t be returning to this location.
