We've been extremely pleased with the customer service at this location. They are always extremely busy, yet the employees remain professional, very helpful and pleasant to everyone. They work in such a fast paced environment, yet make you feel important and don't rush you at all! They're the best!

Juan was very helpful with me yesterday. His customer service went beyond what I typically find in stores nowadays. He was very personable and was able to take care of my needs quickly, all while smiling and thanking me for coming in. I am a very happy customer.

This Brainerd UPS store gets a 5 gold stars for the wonderful employees they have. Juan does a great job no matter how busy the store gets staying friendly & helpful to the customer needs. Even when the customer does not have themselves ready when it is their turn. I am impressed with how quickly Juan got through the line to help me. Thank you Juan for the wonderful job you do and it shows!
