  I spent two days trying to get a UPS pick up. My efforts were futile. I called Amazon several times they weren’t able to help totally. Finally, had to have someone help me load a very heavy package into my SUV and take it personally to UPS store #1779 in Bloomington owned and operated by Krisna Rajagopala.This is the UPS store that I’ve had consistently good experiences. I highly recommend this location. Scott S.

  (Low Rating) 3.4 I don't get it!! I'm absolutely stunned. I normally keep my options to myself. Over the last 6 years, with a very modest estimate of (25) visits per year. Equales 150+ visits in 6 years. IN THE 150+ INTERACTIONS AT "UPS IN BLOOMINGTON ON PENN AVE". I HAVE NEVER WITNESSES AN UNHAPPY PERSON IN THE STORE ON EATHER SIDE OF THE COUNTERTOP. 50% of my visits to Ups. I am unorganized, I don't know exactly what I need, I need to print out a label on there computer, I need them to help me on the computer and sometimes I don't use enough clear shipping tape. Everyone at the "Penn UPS", has always TREATED me and everyone I see with respect... Why so low? ?? How many people think UPS is a government ran buisness?? Lol
