  Do not go here if you have any allergies to certain foods. Absolutely displeased with this subway. They do not follow policy, and do NOT keep things clean. So my reasoning behind this serious review, is my friend went to get a sandwhich. He’s allergic bad reaction/ negative reaction to certain foods, but as long as he doesn’t interact/ straight contact with something he’s fine. Anyways, there was a lady making another customers sandwhich. She made that customers sandwhich, cut it, packed it, the customer payed. She used the SAME knife to cut my friends sandwhich. Mind you the customer had items my friend is ALLERGIC TOO. I’m beyond frustrated, because this is NOT okey. Even people with allergens should feel comfortable at a place that might carry the products. And considering the new policy made years ago about using separate gloves, different knives to cut the sandwiches, and to clean the brine after every sandwhich, and MORE. This is NOT okey what she did. The people hired even if it’s just a job should know how to do the job and the rules and regulations. My friend was already over it, is non confrontational, and just didn’t feel comfortable there with that. And when I tried calling, they have their phones going STRAIGHT to voicemail. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

  I have been to this location lots of times but, hadn't been in about six months, until last week. I stopped coming to this location previously due to poor customer service and difficulty with ordering/pricing instore. I got some coupons in the mail for Subway and decided to give it another go. I'm glad I did. I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant by a smiley associate. She took my order: six inch veggie on italian herbs and cheese bread. [THE BEST!] She took care making my sandwich and easily added 'extra' items at my request. My coupon was welcomed and worked effortlessly at the register. The toppings on my sandwich were fresh and it tasted delicious. The restaurant was clean and the soda station well-stocked. This is a smaller location in a little strip mall. There is plenty of free parking in the lot out front. After this positive experience, I will absolutely be returning more regularly again.

  They stopped taking coupons and offers. Very disappointed. I work nearby but definitely not eating there as much.
