  The short-haired, tan female employee at the counter and store is exceptionally unprofessional. Her demeanor is consistently rude and discriminatory, based on whether a customer intends to make a purchase. She is unable to provide even a basic answer to a simple question about a type of purse. I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with her, and I believe she should not be employed in that environment. Her attitude suggests a sense of superiority and a refusal to engage with customers. She should consider working elsewhere where she does not discourage customers from spending their money in your store. Her behavior is unacceptable.

  Wanted to visit the store on 1/4/25 but they were closed by 6:00. Took my business elsewhere.

  I drove 45 minutes to the store to pick up my order. I had to take off work early to do this. When I got there around 6:30 pm, the store was already closed. The sign displays on the door CLEARLY says closed at 7 PM. This is Sooo unprofessional and it us not acceptable!!!! Wasted my time, money and gas for NOTHING!!!!

  I truly like my Michael Kors handbag that was purchased at the Mall of America. It's classic and easy to match to a lot of outfits. It works well in dressy jeans to skirt and blouse outfits; I use it a lot for work and casual outings. My is roomy enough to use for smaller/lighter purchases when shopping. The staff was helpful while making our purchase. The zippers work properly and the patterns are classic. The one we purchased only had a short handle and we were hoping to by the shoulder version, too. However that wasn't an option, even though we could see the same purse there with the long shoulder strap. A bit later the front outside pocket lining developed a large opening. When we returned, the manager was kind and took it in for repair. We weren’t asked to send along photos. I do recommend hanging onto your receipt when requesting a repair. A few weeks later I was called that it was ready. They had made a marvelous repair and didn't charge me for it. Nor did I need to show the receipt again at pickup. I have heard of others who tried to get a repair with an online request, but recommend that if you need one, go and talk to a local branch manager in person.
