  Went to the Lyndale location. Employees recognized me the moment I stepped in. Great Great service and the employee's working there deserve a raise. 6 year Cricket customer and I plan on staying with them for the long haul

  Horrible customer service was not willing to help us switch our phone plans with any deal whatsoever ended up going to MetroPCS would recommend them anytime over cricket

  I love this service. $30 per month for one line including taxes and fees. Easy support. The tech spent a lot of time with me porting my number from my old service. The old service made it difficult but my tech was very patient and kept at it until he had my phone switched to Cricket with my old number.
