  Why do the wings taste like microwaved rubber?? God its disgusting!!!! The service is horrible they act like they are ready to get out of work a hour before closing!! Just horrible attitudes and the WORST WINGS i have ever had!! Disgusting!!! Please PLEASE stay away!!!

  Overall, Wingstop was decent, but it didn’t really stand out this visit. The chicken was good enough, although a few pieces were on the dry side. For the price, though, it’s hard to complain too much. The biggest letdown was the fries. I ordered them well done, but they came out soggy, lukewarm, and lacked the crispiness I was expecting. They tasted like they’d been sitting for a while instead of being made fresh. The service was kind of hit or miss. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t particularly memorable. If you’re craving Wingstop, it’ll satisfy the craving, but there’s definitely room for improvement in freshness and consistency.

  We placed a very large online order at Wingstop, Northtown Mall, Blaine and realized afterward that the fries were missing. When we called the store, the team asked us to come back. We hesitated, assuming that only a box of fries would be waiting for us. To our complete surprise, the crew sincerely apologized and replaced our "entire" order—even though they absolutely did not have to. Marisa and Mary were especially wonderful, professional, and kind, and they even included a brownie. This was one of the best customer-service experiences we have had in a long time. Despite being extremely busy and clearly working hard, the team went above and beyond to make things right. Their generosity, accountability, and care truly stood out. Thank you, Marisa, Mary, and the entire Wingstop crew, we are just amazed at your kindness.
