    Best to just avoid this location if you actually want what you order. Chicken bacon ranch salad.... they'll just skip the chicken.

    Usually have a good experience but there is this woman that works there (pretty big forearm writing tattoo and black hair) and she just does not ever want to be there, and takes it out on the customer. It’s really hard to hear her, and she has zero customer service training at all. The man after us tried to be nice asking her how her day was going and she just responded sharply with “I’m tired.” I’ve worked in customer service for years, and this is an employee that will consistently ruin business because they can’t leave their own personal problems at the door. She is not even trying.

    I will never step foot in this subway again until the girl working today 3/26/26 at 1:40 pm is no longer employed by the company! I came in for a 6 pack of Cookies, I stood at the front counter for 5 + minutes without any service, long enough I first said “Hello” got no response even though I could hear noises coming from the back, long enough that I than said “Subway” still no response, so at this point with my keys in my hand I tapped my keys on the counter to make some noise, than almost instantly a younger “EXTREMELY RUDE” female employee comes out from the back and says you didn’t have to tap your keys and make noise I heard you! So I said “you couldn’t at least acknowledge I was here?” She responses RUDELY with a very Snotty attitude once again an says “you’ve only been here for a minute, which clearly wasn’t the case, it was much longer than that! I replied with “your job is to serve people not hangout in the back!” She responded again and says well you can just wait longer than, and goes back into the back and refused to come out and serve me! While yelling from the back “I can Refuse to serve anyone!” (Subway Management) is this the type of people you want representing your company? Because this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I have 26 years of customer service experience and this is by far the worst I’ve ever seen, this Employee belongs in the unemployment Line!

    Every time we come here the staff never treat us with respect. They are impatient and get frustrated easily if you don't know everything you want right off the top of your head. They are very rude one even went as far as to whistle at me when it came time to the vegetables to get my attention. Their only saving grace is that they make good sandwiches. They need to be updated on customer service and their protocols for making food.
