If you ask for help with copies or fax machines the gal that helped didn't really want to help and was rude.

Nice place, busy place. The service was C- , do to the fact , they lady behind the counter was not believing me that I had to pick up something, laptop from school. Am an older full time student that went back to finish up my Bachelor's. But the lady questioned me like I was being interrogated. Even after I gave her my ID. Put me in the belief that she was a tad bit on the prejudice side. She did not question the person in front of me, or the one behind me like she did me. Kind of made me feel like I was doing something wrong. For real. Otherwise, nice busy little place.
I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I came in to drop off a large, heavy return package. At first, the employees completely ignored me and did not offer any assistance. When someone finally spoke to me, they simply said they would not accept the package.
What made the situation even worse was that they did not explain why they could not accept it or provide any information about where I could take it instead. I was left standing there with a heavy package and no help at all.
The customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely frustrating. At the very least, the staff should have explained my options or directed me to another FedEx location that could handle the return.
Jade is the main reason I keep coming back to this FedEx location.
I often work on projects where the smallest details matter—menus, cards, branding materials, and other printed pieces. Printing at home rarely gives me the quality or finish I am looking for, so even when the cost felt difficult to justify, I would come to FedEx whenever a project really mattered.
But after meeting Jade, this location became much more than just a place to print something.
Jade does not simply take a file and send it to a printer. She takes the time to understand what I am trying to create. She gives thoughtful, practical guidance on paper texture and weight, sizing, print settings, trimming, and finishing—always with the goal of making the final result better.
She also notices details I might have missed and helps turn an idea that still feels uncertain into something polished and real. That kind of support is incredibly valuable for someone who works on design-focused projects.
Before, coming to FedEx often felt stressful and intimidating. Now, knowing Jade is here makes the process feel as comfortable as printing at home—except with far better results and much more confidence.
The equipment matters, of course. But Jade reminded me that what truly changes a customer’s experience is having someone who genuinely cares about the work and wants to help it come out right.
This FedEx location should be proud to have someone like Jade. Employees who make customers feel understood, supported, and confident enough to come back are rare. Jade is one of them.
I had more trouble parking in their shared lot. Staff were friendly, the shop was organized. In and out fast. I will be returning!
