  If i could do negative stars I would. My 16 year old daughter was able to sign a contract without my consent because they did not check her ID. The store manager Hala H. Is the 1 who did this for my daughter with no repercussions, apparently she has done this and numerous other things with no repercussions. One of the other employees helped me cancel the contract and said she would reach out to the district manager who basically said he doesn't care. This is rediculous and I will be taking further actions.

  Having one of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with Cricket wireless. After upgrading a line I was told to come back to the store in a week & I could lower my bill to a different plan. That was a lie. I tried coming back and they then told me I couldn’t until after I paid one bill. I thought ok, I’ll just ask for a credit after I pay. Now we’re on a whole new month. Currently I’m sitting at this Cricket location dealing with a manager that isn’t trying to help me. She’s literally not listening to me, telling me that I’m trying to “teach her” when I’m honestly just telling her how I’d handle things and how I’m offended that I was lied to twice. I’ve had issues at a different store as well. She keeps insisting that I go back to that store, keeps telling me what I’ve paid in the past, (which is way higher than what I actually pay) & 100% refusing to believe & help me. After refusing to leave until this was fixed, she finally made a call to her supervisor who advised her to call customer service for me. I’m literally sitting here now writing this review. Super upset because I was told that I’d go from $126 to $95 in one week! It’s been months and everything they told me wasn’t honored! Now I’m inside of the store looking/acting like the “angry black man.” I feel like my head is about to explode! This can’t be legal! The young white customer service representative in the photo is honestly the only one who acted like he understood me & truly wanted to help.
