  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hala is absolutely exceptional! We switched to Cricket a few years ago, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with her a couple of times now. Every experience with her has been outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and genuinely wonderful with customers. She makes everything easy, answers questions clearly, and gets things taken care of quickly without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and takes pride in doing her job well. Hala is exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have representing them. She is a huge asset to Cricket Wireless and a big reason we’ve had such a positive experience with this location. I hope Cricket recognizes her for the exceptional service she consistently provides. She absolutely deserves it! Thank you, Hala!

  came from cr store tat closed to this got line added to family plan and it was not added payed over what bill should of bean foe a year befor they fixed it

  If i could do negative stars I would. My 16 year old daughter was able to sign a contract without my consent because they did not check her ID. The store manager Hala H. Is the 1 who did this for my daughter with no repercussions, apparently she has done this and numerous other things with no repercussions. One of the other employees helped me cancel the contract and said she would reach out to the district manager who basically said he doesn't care. This is rediculous and I will be taking further actions.
