  Qudsia is so polite and friendly! The service is amazing & the rooms are nice as well. The location is perfect right in the heart of Blaine. Literally right next to a Culver’s.

  The room we were given wasn't ready. Front desk apologized multiple times. Super nice! I wasn't upset, more humored by it. We were given a different room and all is good.

  Tim helped me out not only in person, even letting me grab my card out the return box to grab some left behind pieces of clothing. But he also helped me on the phone for over 25 minutes getting me refunded on a falsely charge due to online shopping, and also helped me get a discount on the room for behalf of the inconvenience. Definitely staying here again costumer service 10/10

  Even though this Best Western may be a "2 star" hotel, our family had an excellent stay at it and felt it was a very nice, quality place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was free parking. The room was clean, and the amenities were impressive. We would certainly stay here again.
