  Was making deliveries all around me all dqy was waiting originally delivery expected by 12:30 now its by 4:45 which they had to go past my house to deliver the town up the road from me just horible i had plans i had to cancel cuz im still waiting on my package wont buy anything that uses them as shippers again

  The owner of this store is absolutely amazing!! Since leaving corporate America many years ago, I am no longer techno savvy and every time I have entered this facility, the assistance and efficiency are outstanding. It is worth the 45 minutes drive for me to get the job done. I truly appreciate the competence and willingness to help and am grateful that they are there.

  Sure wish the people in this store were more helpful than they were.....talk about lazy. The gentleman was of no help, whether confused or not...is an excuse thank you owner....for listening to your worker and not your customer, you have never even given me a chance to talk to you, so how can you even reply acting like you know what happened? Was your employee helpful, no, was he willing to help, no, did he care, no. When a customer comes and in and gives a scanner...the person shouldn't be rude saying.."thats the post office"...sorry but his attitude wasn't friendly it was like I interrupted his morning. It caught me off guard cause most of the time they were very helpful. The last 2 times have been a rather nightmare in this store. Sorry for giving feedback but it needs to be addressed. By the way the person that came in afrer me was treated the same way and left too! I followed also.
