  I don't think you could go to any other food chain Subway. Specifically, this Subway has the best workers and people. And they're all very kind and welcoming

  This location does not accept coupons. There is no signage that I could see anywhere stating that they do not accept coupons, and of course we only found out as we were paying for our order. The older woman who rang us up rudely said, “we haven’t taken coupons for a year and a half,” in a tone that implied this should be common knowledge despite us never having been to this location before. So our order ended up costing double what it should have with the coupon, which is already more expensive than I would like to pay for a sandwich. It is also worth noting that the employees were all mocking the customers who were trying to use their drive-through. All of the employees seemed like they did not want to be there except for the rude older woman who didn’t stop talking the whole time we were there.

  This Subway is clean and the staff is very polite and customer service oriented. Far better than the filthy Subway in Elk River.

  Today 5/22/26 there was three people working at dinner time. A old lady, younger guy and a young girl. We walked inside with three other people following us. The young girl was working on an online order and asked the young guy if he could help get us started he then said “no just go faster” and refused to help her. She finished the online orders while four people stood in line and her coworkers were staring at her. She continued to be sweet to us and helped us. Once checking out the young girl could not hear what the customer wanted and politely asked what he wanted while through the store the old lady yelled at her what he had said and then laughed at her. She was also being very rude to her in between this and was making snark comments. As a customer I was very taken back from the attitude of the old lady what kind of role model is that and how low to treat your coworkers like that.
