  I was assisted by Zach on 09/23/2026 at 8:04 pm and he was wonderful. Made a 5 star sandwich and was delightful! Best sandwich and best customer service I’ve had in a Betty long time. Keep this guy on the payrole please!!

  Was at Subway 7/31. Barnesville Mn location. Was pretty chaotic. 1 employee. He was busy with online orders and our 5 orders. Sent his help home before the rush. Very understandable. Employee kept his composure. We love this place. Management and employees are very friendly

  The manager is awesome, some of the employees seem rushed but that is expected when you work fast food. The other night we showed up 3 minutes before closing time and the doors had already been locked but we should of planned better and got our butts there earlier!

  The girl with the orange hair refused to help the only other person with the line of people coming in and wouldn’t get the stuff she asked for and I was very disappointed in the service the orange haired girl gave at the register she had a very sour attitude but the other girl there was doing great and was very sweet
