It was horrible, my wife did an online order and the subway didn't have any cookies amd they didnt call me or anything and they didnt make the sandwiches I got there he tells me he will have to do a return on the food and I asked if we could just have chips instead of cookies and he said no, so I had him make the samwhichs and I paid for them there then when I got home with my families food we discovered all the sandwiches were not made the right way the bread was so stale my teriyaki chicken. Wasn't even heated up it was almost frozen

Horrible experience every single time we come there. We go thru drive thru and last time I checked drive thru is priority unless ur actively helping someone inside but if there is someone in drive thru ready to order and someone inside hasn’t ordered yet u take the drive thru order first. And today we waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru and nobody helped us, nobody answered at the speaker. we yelled asking if someone was there any nobody responded and people were going in and out from the insidd with their food. And this is like the 4th time this has happened. And the bread is always rock hard as if they don’t make new fresh bread and they just give out old bread. Service and food is horrible.

Horrible Horrible experience. Attempted numerous times to resolve issue with management but they don’t care! It doesn’t even matter the specifics of the issue it is the fact that management does not care to resolve the issue. I would definitely suggest you visit the Oakland Ave location in Austin if you are going to eat at Subway.

Workers tonight had no good social skills, ignored us first few mins. Made it awkward as heck. Had to go inside because nobody answered the drive through! Horrible service

White heavyset lady made my philly steak sub cold when ask to remake she refused claimed too much of it was gone when I literally took 1 bite. When asked to remake she admitted the toaster was just cleaned and doesn’t cook as well . Who wants to eat a cold philly steak?? horrible customer service the customer should always be right and if i’m not satisfied it should be redone after paying 18$ !! Not to mention they don’t even acknowledge you being in the drive thru.
