  I ordered online and came in as they were making my Sandhwich. I noticed my sandwhich was not toasted when it should be. I said will you please toast it she said it already is toasted. The sandwhich was not toasted, I don’t know why she would lie about it when the customer can clearly tell the difference. Need better training or something.

  Order online and I paid for extra protein. Came home and it’s freaking no extra protein! Disappointed!!!!

  Order kids meal and nothing came with it except the sandwich. This costs $5. The manager refused to help us out and her attitude was extremely frustrating. Will never come back here!

  Horrible experience. Avoid this Subway at all costs! The vegetables looked old, wilted, soggy, and completely unappetizing. The entire food line looked poorly maintained, and the meat looked like it had been sitting out for days. The food presentation alone was enough to make me lose my appetite. I’d much rather spend my money at Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's, where the food is fresher and the service is better.
