  Mark is absolutely one of the worst retail employees I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Every person that came in, he rudely yanked the package out of their hand and walked them back to the door to scan their package, like a customer is just magically supposed to know the operation and what they're supposed to do. When it was my turn, I had a QR code and had the item prepackaged. Again, like I'm aware of the proper policy and procedure. He rudely states "take it out of the package" like he couldn't be bothered to do it himself. I took it out of the package and laid it on the counter. He then shoves the packaging back over to me. I walked out and left it on the counter. He walks out of the building and throws the packaging in the OUTSIDE garbage can. I had enough. I walked back in and confronted him about his poor attitude and rude behavior. He simply states "well we're just busy". Like being busy gives him carte blanche to be rude and abrasive WHILE WORKING ON A RETAIL LOCATION. Just has absolutely NO BUSINESS working in a customer-facing environment. Read the other reviews. This location is TOXIC. Avoid at all costs.

  This printing place is my absolute favorite! Seriously, for anything more than a few pages or when I need top-notch quality, this is where I go. It's even more affordable and produces way better results than my own inkjet printer. Plus, they have various types of paper available for purchase by the sheet, which is super convenient. The 'print and go' is really straightforward, and the guys here are always super helpful if you need any assistance. Having access to a paper cutter and laminator is a huge bonus too. I haven't shipped anything from here, but I have used their printing services many times and they are fantastic and the customer support goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  Experienced rude and negative attitude from Mark the manager. He seems to either hate life or working with customers. This place needs a management and staff overhaul.

  Heavy set employee with short white hair shoved the package in my hand when I didn’t have the label. Very nasty attitude rolled her eyes.
