  I typically am in O’Reilly’s Guy or once in a while AutoZone. But when I started looking for a more unique spark plug that the other two didn’t have,I tried advance auto parts. Ironically, they had the part that the Internet said I needed although it later turned out to be the wrong one! That is a different story!. Bottom line is I had to return them and was told by the store that I bought them from. I could return them to one of their stores closer to my house. I still had to drive a bit to get there and was told that no I had to go to the original store! What are we in the Stone ages!? Any other store you buy from you can return to one of their other stores. Then, when I drove to the other store, I was told I needed the actual physical card I bought them with! I DID NOT HAVE IT THIS PARTICULAR TIME.I go to AutoZone and just give them a receipt and they say it goes back on the card you bought it from………DONE! Although my review is aimed at advanced in general, since this is their policy, I am directing it at the Apple Valley store since this is where I was initially refused to return with a bit of attitude. The middle aged guy with tattoos and a beard needs to learn some Customer Service skills!

  I had a very nice experience at this store. I purchased a set of windshield wipers for my truck and they offered to install them. The staff was kind and had a pleasant demeanor. Being an older person it was nice to have the wipers installed for free being on a budget. I would recommend this store for any auto parts needs.

  Apparently Mason here likes to act like. wanna - be mechanic and then when people genuinely come in for help he throws a fit and stomp his feet around in the back like he’s 2 years old. Never had worse customer service in my life. I hope he finds a different career pathway because this was a baffling experience.

  Great experience with obtaining the parts I needed. Scott went above and beyond to make sure it was the correct parts for the job. He correlated with other employees present to come up with the proper resolution. Everyone was very helpful and Advance Auto will be my go to parts store. Thanks guys!

  Sold me the wrong wiper blades despite me specifically giving the employee the exact make and model of my vehicle and then asking them again before checking out, "are these the correct wipers?" That's the last time I trust this store. Should have taken a receipt. This ruins all Advanced Auto Parts stores for me now.
