    It's very disappointing that I need to send a staff member to sit OUTSIDE our building by the front door so the driver can't claim we were gone (after doing so a few times already.) The attached sign apparently wasn't good enough? Editing to add: Four hours of paid staff time has now been wasted on having someone visibly wait outside for a package that was supposed to be delivered this morning.

    The store is rarely busy and the reps are quick, friendly, and helpful. The print quality for B&W was a bit lower than I had hoped, but overall, I've had good experiences
