  Really great service, very inviting. I love talking to the workers is very fun and welcoming. They learn your typical orders or breads or cheeses just for you. They are very helpful and friendly. Really great service and they are very clean. The food is very good and they put a lot of effort in. If you are in Alex and want some quality fast food service it is a 10/10 stop!

  This store needs to spend more time training there evening workers, when I walk in and show you a receipt for a sub I just bought 20 minutes ago and I walk in at 8:45 when it’s supposed to be done and nowhere to be found and all I get for an answer is “it hasn’t came thru” . Now mind you I showed receipts on the app and email and you know what response I get when I ask if they can make it now? Well maybe you should go check a different store. I just showed you a receipt for a SUB. AT. YOUR. STORE. maybe you guys need to look into having evening managers if your employees can’t make an executive decision. Stupid problem I shouldn’t have had to deal with.
