  I had to come in last week to ship something back after a really frustrating situation, and I was honestly not in a great mood. But the employee who helped me completely turned my day around. Lisa and the store owner (sorry I didn't catch her name) were incredibly kind, patient, and just genuinely caring in a way you don’t ever see. She took the time to help me through everything, and her attitude made a stressful situation feel so much lighter. By the time I left, I felt like a totally different person—I've never experienced this level of care from someone in a store. She restored my faith in humanity. Customer service like that is rare, and it really stuck with me. I’m so grateful for the way I was treated. Thank you for having such wonderful people working here.

  I drop off packages a few times a week, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and well-staffed, which keeps things quick and efficient.
