I've tried giving this subway so many chances, and I am OVER IT. They NEVER get my order right, and I literally mean never...
Sometimes it's something small like not putting light/extra of things that I requested. Other times they toast my sandwich even though I specifically change it to untoasted
And then sometimes, like today, it's just literally not what I ordered. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, and instead they give me a Subway Club. DOES GRILLED CHICKEN LOOK LIKE SLICED HAM AND TURKEY TO YOU?
The level of incompetence at this location is crazzyyy.
Unless your getting exactly what's in the sandwich description, and not modifying in any way, don't even bother with this location. And even then it's not a guarantee they'll get it right.
Asked for extra veggies and there was barely the normal amount. Was okay

This is the 5th, let me repeat 5th time I have had a bad experience with this subway. Never going again. I will drive the 10 min to St Michael one. The new owners have completely destroyed this place. Wrong orders, soggy meat, poor ingredients, and bad service. Should’ve never fired the old manager!
You know putting a half a handful of lettuce is not okay definitely when I pay $12 bucks for the sub also it’s okay to put mayonnaise oil sweet onion 1 pass by is just not good enough so you guys lost my business

Tried ordering through the website. Loading the next screen takes forever or won't load at all. I placed an order using Chipotle's app in the amount of time that it took for the classic sandwich page to load on Subway's website. Embarrassing!
