  The store was empty and their staff still was quite dismissive. (This is my 4th visit and I don't plan on returning.)

  Terrible Customer Service! Buy MK on sale at Macy's or Nordstrom's instead. My husband bought me a leather jacket for Christmas that was excellent quality but just isn't my style. I walked into the store with my gift receipt and the woman at the door referred me to the manager. I followed her to the counter and explained I want a refund. She asked the first woman to show me around and see if there's something else I want. As she awkwardly walked me around the store I told her that I have the white, black, red and pink purses she showed me so I just want a refund. The manager says "since you don't have the original receipt we can only give you store credit and it will be the amount the jacket is currently. (Not what he paid for it.) I asked "what's the point of a gift receipt if I can't get the same amount?" She said, "Well maybe I can look it up." Of course she could look it up then said "but I can only give you store credit." I explained to her that walking around with the other woman made me realize I have purses in every color I need. Please just give me a refund because I want to buy boots. She asked if I have the card it was charged to then she can refund to that card. "It was a gift. I don't have the card. Why would you refund the money to the person that gave me the gift?" She said corporate could mail me a check in 3-5 weeks. I expressed my frustration with their lack of customer service and she explained this is everyone's policy. I told her I expect Michael Kors to have better customer service. She said "I am giving you many options to get a refund." I asked "Which option allows me to get my $225 back to go to another store to buy boots today? My husband will have to come in another day just to show you the card he used so you can issue a refund but I guarantee he won't be happy with your policy!" They only have these "store policies" to force customers to exchange for something else. I don't appreciate the lies through the process...I can only issue store credit...You need the original receipt. Oh, but I guess I can look it up. I sell used cars for a living and we operate an honest business but people think we're liars. "Store policies" like these are criminal!

  Service was ok, but their products are still a few bucks more expensive than Coach. I'd rather go to Coach.
