  Ordered online multiple times and every time it says its done, its not. What is the point of ordering ahead if it isnt going to be ready when I get there even when the app says its done!? Ordered ahead of time just to wait in line anyways. It was the same guy every time too. He said it should be done and on the rack and the employee next to him said no. They told him to make it and he never did. Doesn't even realize he never made it after being told to.

  The bread was a little hard to chew but the sandwich was OK. The chicken teriyaki sauce wasn’t that good either. Subway is going downhill over the years food quality anyway.

  Albert Lea location. I have eaten here 4-5 times and every time my order is wrong and have to wait a long time to be waited on. The employees do not listen to you and put the wrong ingredients on sandwich and have to reiterate and watch your order closely. Ingredients look brown and old. I ordered today online for pickup hoping they would get it right and I wouldn’t have to wait long. Once again they gave me the wrong order through the drive thru, someone else’s sandwich, and had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my order which then tasted old and disgusting. They did not have lemonade either though it says online. Lost my business. I do not recommend, and I do not do reviews but this was warranted. I gave them many tries and has not gotten any better.

  I dont know who made my sandwhich but i am come here once a week because if work all the way from nc. I have worked at several subways when I was younger. I have not been feeling well and nothing tasted right this week. BUT when I got this sandwhich it was perfect. You could of taken a Pic and posted it on a flyer. I even called the store smh to ask for a manager to let them know that my footlong flatbread steak and cheese was the best I had and their employee should be recognized for their great work!!!! Thank you
