    Enjoyed my meatball sub. Employees listened intently to instructions on ingredients and made a very tasty sandwich. Keep up the good work!

    very disappointed by the service. me, my fiance and son went through the drive thru. not sure what her name was but she laughed as if she was annoyed when we said we wanted 3 sandwiches. if you genuinely cannot find the time to express decency while serving customers, you should look into something else!

    Everyone is awesome except one person....he doesnt listen is argumentative and makes me regret going every single time i see him there...arguing with a child over what they asked for is not a good look and shouldnt be working with customers

    I have never been to a subway that serves brown lettuce and tells the customer that’s just how it is when the bag is open and we prep them. I have run restaurants for over 25 years and would never think that’s ok? The lady’s tried to provide good service but how do you do that when product is old? Whoever is in charge of this subway needs to step up their game or find a GM that is consistently checking quality of product. Subway has always been a place that I have enjoyed but the last few times I always feel the need to go in and get my order over drive thru for this exact reason. Please do your best to better the quality of product. The restaurant and bathrooms were unclean as well. I get that happens at peak times but this was at 7pm. The service was way at best 2 out of 10. I will be back to give this particular establishment a second chance and hope for the best. Please take this to heart as Subway brand has high expectations and this is not how they usually run. Thank you
