    I walked in around 4:40 p.m. One young lady was mopping while 2 other gentleman were behind the register talking. I approached the register and received no greeting. It was almost the opposite. They turned away and continued talking as I waited. While waiting I noticed the 3 foot long for $17 coupon I had expired 2 days prior. After a few minutes of them continuing their conversation, they finished and the gentleman that would "assist" me asked what he could get for me. I started to ask about the coupon being expired and was sternly interrupted that "If it's expired, it's no good". Since I didn't even get to finish my sentence, I attempted to get clarification and again was met with the interruption during my question. I'm cheap so I opened the app and ordered using a discount. The same guy watched me place my order. After my order was sent he began to make it as slow as possible. He even took a few minutes of a break after it was already toasted. About 10-15 minutes later the food was ready even though there was no order in front of me. I'm not sure what he was dealing with in life that made him act this way. I feel bad for him TBH. Subway, as a company, is a horrible place to work that doesn't pay a livable wage and expect its customers to tip. However, I'm a person too and don't like being disrespected when I'm trying to give someone my business.

    I jusT had the rudest customer service I have ever experienced ANYWHERE..I'm beyond blown away on how disgusting I feel after spending my money to be treated like I was hated by this employee..and not just me she was like this the whole time I stood in line (20 minutes) to all 5 customers before me.. I even said to her 'not to be rude but your attitude sucks' and she rolled her eyes and said nothing.. I will be calling about this.. What a way to ruin my mood..
